Hi. My Ionic died over the Christmas break and is switched off permanently. I have tried all the charge leads I have plugged into PCs, wall USB chargers etc.. and it will not charge at all. It is completely dead & nothing appears on the screen at all. Reading the forum this is not the first time it has happened... I have done all the 1 button, 2 button & 3 button reset routines I can find, plugged in to a charger or not, left it charging overnight etc... but it is still bricked at this point. Where can I go from here?
I have had it for over a year & want to find out if I can send it back to get fixed? I saw a thread about an RMA form, if someone can send me the link. Thanks.

Mine did exactly the same, there doesn't seem to be a fix, your best bet is to contact Fitbit support by email, its on the website.
they will tell you to do all the things you've tried and then send you a new one hopefully, assuming you can show its still in warranty, in the UK the ionic has 2 years warranty.

Thanks I will email them & see what they can do. It was bought in April 2018 so hopefully I can get it fixed on the warranty.

I have emailed Fitbit through their webpage, as recommended above, so I will see how they can help.

After answering a few questions they sent me a new one. I had some fun getting it working and setup again, as you loose all the settings, but is now working well. Thanks for all your help with this.
