Ionic is rebooting itself

Anyone else having this? My Ionic has been rebooting all day.  It goes blank, buzzes a few times, and eventually comes back w/ the PIN screen.  Works for a few minutes, then seems to do the same thing again.  It syncs some info - steps - but took multiple manual reboots to sync an actual exercise.  Anyone else having similar info?

It's nice to see you around here @swregister! Thanks for trying to manually reboot your Ionic, nice way to go!

While reading your post I was wondering if you are still having this inconvenience with your Ionic? If so, please let's try once again the restart by making sure you follow every single steps as described below:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

On a side note, please make sure your Ionic is charged to 100% before proceeding with the restart.
