Phone is constantly showing the Fitbit log even after a hard reset (3 buttons together) any ideas please?

I thought the hard reset was left button and bottom right? Hubby's ionic quit a bit ago. Shows nothing. App doesn't find it.

I appreciate the factory reset you performed. I would like you to restart your Ionic and continue monitoring the display.
@Alicelee It's nice to see you on the Community. If your husband's Ionic is still not syncing, please try this procedure.
As a side note, keep in mind that a factory reset should be done as a last resource and when our team or any Moderator advises it.

Thank you so much for reaching out. I actually just finished a chat with support online. I had the most pleasant experience with an agent named Ivan. We did a hard reset (all three buttons, quickly release one, wait, release both) and there was not much response. The screen popped up for a minute but was faded and partially gone. Tried it all over with the same result.
Just finished the claim for a new one.
