Ionic is syncing but there no time or heart rate

My Ionic is syncing with my Samsung 7 phone, but the ionic has no time on it (it'a blank) and it's not recording my heart rate, but it has the steps count? I'ei turned it off and on and nothing, battery is fully charged! Help?

Have you RESTARTED it? Do it several times if necessary.

Hi, yes I restarted it a few times, unfortunately this watch doesn't come with a manual it just says to download the app and you just have to find everything out for yourself. I did however manage to fix it, I changed the clock face to another design and it worked, turns out the clock face I had downloaded had a bug in it so wasn't working properly.
