So i tried all the typical reset, check for updates, restart phone and device etc... and on the fitbit app whether it be on my PC or my phone.. will NOT load the applications screen... ill get to the screen where there are the clock faces i can pick and once i click on them it loads forever. It does this with the applications too... no matter how long i wait. and my internet is really good i have an ethernet to my PC (i use it for gaming so if it's good enough for that it should be well enough to load a simple application in the fitbit app...)

I am having the same issue. When I try to choose a new clock face or app, from the Fitbit app (Android), the busy icon (circle) just spins forever. I am unable to install any app or clock face. I did not have this issue before the firmware update. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app and tried every reboot, force stop, repairing step imaginable.
