Ionic isn't syncing with iPhone

Fitbit ionic adidas version and iPhone with iOS 13.3.1.

Even after doing a manual sync on the app, pulling down the screen and seeing the message of syncing and refreshing, and having the progress bar go all the way, my watch still displays old data on the watch which is different from my app. Specifically: app shows this weeks exercise, watch shows 0 days of exercise; app shows sleep hours and stages, watch shows no sleep. Is anyone else having these issues? Watch still functions when I log a run and tracks with GPS, but it’s annoying when the watch features aren’t displaying correctly... especially on an exercise watch that costs over $200.

@Peter623 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch. It's pretty weird that your watch is showing different information from your app.

I would like you to restart your Ionic and check if your data gets updated. If you're still seeing a difference on your watch and your app, please attach a screenshot to your next reply.

Keep me posted.
