Hi, I'm new to the fitbit larky. I have registered with the app and got it all up and running but about every hour or so the time defaults to something random, its currently 11:25 (it's actually 17:24) so I go into my app, click on my face and I have to set up the ionic all over again wifi password en all. Is this normal. I've only had it day and it's starting to do my nut in!!

Hi, @ScottSmih,

 

I know two Scott Smiths, are you one of them? Anyway, no, this isn't normal. Please share more specifics like firmware version, app version, platform (Android, Apple, Windows) to better determine what's happening. The time should update upon first sync and stay updated regularly afterward, the same with the Wifi password.
