Ionic keeps restarting itself

Hello, 

Since two last months my Ionic acts strangely and I can't use it because it keeps restarting and restarting by itself. If I leave him alone (about 4 minutes) and then press BACK button the blue Fitbit logo appears and then it starts to restart again. I don't know where is the problem I tried to clean charging sensors even tried to do the factory reset at first it seemed to work but after I connected it to the phone and synced then it asked me to install the update and after that the problem appeared again. I am using my watch only for 2 years I was really happy with it but for now it's impossible to use it.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic. It's pretty weird that your watch is restarting by itself, in this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they mentioned you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email.
