My ionic watch keeps on restarting. The logo will appear and then. It will turn black and a new screen will appear with the logo. It will not even go to the need to sync to an app and download it from there.
Its almost like the OS for the watch was deleted off of the watch. Could someone please assist me with this. Thank you

What ended up being the problem / fix? The exact same symptoms started on my watch 5-6 days ago and it's been completely unusable since. 🤦

Same things just happened to my Ionic last night and the screen is still keep flashing the logo or turned black right now. Would like to know if there is a solution to solve this problem.

Hi @LiliyaFitbit,
My watch is not updated to the latest firmware. Unfortunately I can't update the firmware because the watch never stops the rebooting cycle. Manually restarting the device (using buttons) doesn't change anything -- it keeps infinitely rebooting after that until the battery hits 0%.

Hi @LiliyaFitbit,
I keep restarting the watch by clicking the left and right bottom buttons many times but the only result is logo flashing. Now, I cannot even connect my watch with my iphone, hence clock face changing is impossible. Is there any other methods to save my watch? Many thanks.
