My Ionic keeps searching when in cycling mode!

I do not know what or how to engage this!

I have a Samsung S10, not an iPhone!

Can someone please explain the process to engage this please, it is driving me nuts!

Sorry, no solution but I am having the same problem. Today I rode 15+ miles per my bike computer but the Ionic stopped tallying mileage at 6.05 miles. This is a common problem. It happens every time I ride.

Either Fitbit needs to fix this or they need to allow us to edit mileage after syncing.
