Ionic keeps shutting off

My Ionic keeps shutting off after 3hrs and I would have to restart it. It fully charged and connects to my phone right away. I don't shower or swim with it even though it is water resistant.  Does anyone know what this issue could be.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
