Hi @TiagoF ,

Sorry to hear that. The time being off is a symptom of not being able to sync through bluetooth. Bluetooth issues can be a little difficult to troubleshoot.

A couple of thoughts

1. Uninstall the app, then re-install it, and see if it sees the watch then.

2. I've had some luck with just removing the bluetooth pairing from the phone and then doing a sync. That assumes the phone has the Ionic listed as a bluetooth device.

Try these, and let us know if it works. Unfortunately I don't have an iOS to know exactly. I'm sure someone may drop by with more answers if needed.

Done all this nothing worked 2 factory reset and remove all app, synchronize first time then stops.
Can be link in Bluetooth the application doesn’t sync and the watch get one hour late in less than 12 hours working, not useful at all.

Hello @TiagoF, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Thanks for sharing those steps @WavyDaveySmiley Happy

You've done an excellent job trying those steps, at this moment we don't have any information about having this situation with other users; but I know how frustrating this can be. I know that you've done a lot but I'd like to try a couple of things with you to confirm if you Ionic is having internal issues with the Bluetooth. Otherwise, if your Ionic successfully sync with your iPhone XS the time should be updating to the correct time too.

  • Make sure the latest version of the Fitbit app is installed on your phone.
  • The software on your mobile device is up to date. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around as they might interfere with the syncing process
  • Check that your Fitbit device's battery isn't critically low.

Finally try these steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  3. Open the Fitbit app.
  4. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your phone again.
  5. Open the Fitbit app.
  6. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart it one more time.
  7. If your Fitbit device won't sync after the restart, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone, tablet, or computer and try to sync.
  8. If your Fitbit device still doesn’t sync, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your mobile device and try to sync.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Tried all this, I’ve return the watch for repair once not even with other phone, after the third factory reset, works only few hours and the time is getting really behind the real time 1:15 in 10 hours impossible to use it at all.
Hope this can be solved all the software watch and phones were latest available.

Thanks,
Tiago Fernandes
