Not sure it it stuck (it doe snot look it), but the left button is no longer working. I tried cleaning it, but still not working. I tried pushing it with something flat and heavy, same result. Beyond a can of air as suggested prior is there any way to repair this?

Im on the same boat. My left button on my ionic is stuck. Tried the cleaning. Tried the toothpick. Tried air can. Tried the alcohol cleaning. Called customer support and because its more than a year old the "best" they
can do is a 25% discount. Extremely disappointed. A $200 plus watch should last more than a year and a few months. At least give me another way to do a "back" function, can't use any feature because I cannot go back out of any menu.

I have exactly the same problem and have tried everything but it just wont work.. been living with it for a while and working around it but now i updated my watch and it just wont go to the next step after the update. So annoying. Its a common issue, i think fitbit should be held accountable to selling a faulty product!

You just used a toothbrush? No alcohol or any other solution?

I have had quite a few problems after various updates . Initially Bluetooth stopped working . I was about to throw it away after 2 months and tried to charge it one final time and it started . After the latest update my left button stopped responding. Did spray some cleaning alcohol. There was movement but no response on the screen . It was stuck on the music control screen . I let the battery go to 0% . Wait 12 hours and start charging.. It came on . Hope this works .
