I was listening to music and when i tried to go back to the home screen the left button stopped working. I tried changing the face from the Fitbit app but it just brought me back to where I was before. Now I cannot do anything with my watch so it took it off. What should I do?

@Outcast_wolf A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I've moved your post to the main board.
You may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
