Ionic left hand button is not working now fitbit wont turn on at all?

My Ionic left hand button wasn't working and now the fitbit wont turn on at all?  Even after being charged all night.  So cant do a reset as the left button wont work and its not on.  Any ideas please?  Its only 9 months old.

Since you cant do a restart i would
