Hi Community,
My Ionic locked so tried to do the PIN reset via the app. I kept getting an error message so tried restart and then also tried to reinitialise the device. Unfortunately now when I go to reconnect the device to the app it still says that it''s locked so I cannot see the code that you are supposed to type in to pair the device. Any help here would be great ?

@vang5150 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the experience you are currently having with Ionic being locked. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.
In this case, I'd recommend trying the steps I left on this post. This should certainly help you out to resolve this.
