I updated my tracker last night..than plugged it in to charge for the night..woke up to Fitbit logo on my watch..can’t get it to go away..but my phone is recording my steps today!! Not sure how to get rid of logo on my watch! Help please 🙈

I would be tempted to hold down all three buttons for about 10 seconds.  This triggers a factory reset.  Once you see "fitbit.com/setup" scroll across the screen, just set up the tracker like you did before and you should be fine.

The hardware trigger factory reset is more complecated then simply holding in three buttons which trigger only will do a two button restart. After which two buttons need to continue to be held down while the thirds button is let go. Then there is one more step needed.

While holding all 3 buttons down to reset watch , which one button do you let up on? And also been getting clock disappearing, and telling me “clock era (and saying I need to set. A new one)

As for the clock setting. Have you chosen a different clock yet.?

No....I like my present one...if I reset watch it goes back to my original...but it pops up once a day, to change it
