My fitbit ionic loses 6/7 minutes every 10 hours and the battery level fails to sync! This is the second ionic i have had , the first failing to sync at all after 9 months! Lets hope the second ionic is not faulty as well?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. Thank you for the information provided.
Our team is currently working to resolve the issue with the battery level not syncing. Once any update be available it should be communicated as soon as possible. In the meantime the battery % on your Ionic should always be accurate. If you want to see the correct % within the iOS app, please force quit the app and reopen it.
Regarding the issue with time, please restart your Watch and if necessary, you can change the time manually by following these instructions.
