One text message I received on October 31, 2019 will not clear from my notifications. I've tried hitting "clear" and "clear all" several times. I've also deleted the original text message from my cellphone. How can I get rid of this message?

What happens if I restart? Will I lose any of my custom settings, log history, etc.?
