Ionic music transfer issue

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

With respect that this topic has been done to death, I'm yet to read a post where by Fitbit have responded with a 'fix' that actually works! Here's my own dilemma:

Fitbit Ionic Version 27.72.115/Activation Date: 2017-12-24

Computer: macOS Big Sur/Version 11.5.2 (I can't update any further due to the age of the Mac)

Fitbit Connect not working when wanting to transfer music from my iTunes Library. Have deleted the Fitbit Connect App and reinstalled it, however where does one go to get the 'older' version of Fitbit Connect? I've searched via 'Google' and can't confirm whether the site that I'm down loading it from is 'legitimate' or not?

I've. done the following after reading multiple posts on this topic here within the Community pages:

1/ Restarted the watch.

2/ Factory reset.

3/ Deleted the Fitbit App and reinstalled it.

4/ Turned OFF Bluetooth, then turned it back ON.

5/ Deleted the music playlist then tried reinstalling it.

6/ Confirmed that both the phone and the Mac are on the same WiFi network.

7/ Watch battery is fully charged.

The total amount of songs that I'm trying to add is 330. It was working fine before but when I deleted some songs and then went to add some new ones I hit this problem.

Fitbit Connect says that the watch is full when it isn't. The horizontal bar is coloured grey and not pink.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated as I wasted a good 4 to 5 hours the other night trying different things with no luck.
