Hi there,
Ionic & Android. All sw up to date.
Logged in/out, deleted /added, cleared cache, unpaired /paired, restarted/reset, ..., literally did EVERYTHING possible. Still NO RESTING HR & SLEEP SCORE ON THE APP!
This is awful.
Have no hope to have a reply from fitbit which will solve my problem, but giving it a try before throwing away my watch!

@Tekant, when you say you "Have no hope to have a reply from fitbit ", have you contacted Fitbit support, or just posted here. Fitbit support does not respond posts on the forum. If you have not yet contacted Fitbit support, click on the Help link at the bottom of this page, then select Get Support to find the best way to contact them.

Thanks for the heads up, didn't know that.
Contacted support, worst customer support experience ever.
Agent asked my country of residence and the retailer I bought the device, told that they will get back to me with warranty options, and left the chat. It was not possible to have a transcript of the chat.
