Ionic no response

Hi everyone

My Ionic ran out of charge the other day, I placed it on charge and the next morning had no response, I have tried the reset a few times but het nothing, no vibrations and nothing on the screen. Have cleaned the connector and no change.

It has had hours of charge but still nothing. 

I have tried another usb wire and power outlet but still nothing. The app is also picking up nothing.

It looks like it is dead but i have only had this replacement for a couple of months, any other tips before I have to get a 2nd replacement? 

Funny thing Is I started fitbit premium not long ago, waste of time without the tracker.

The exact same thing happened to mine, ran out of battery so I charged it, will not charge even when plugged in for hours. Have tried holding down power button/side buttons etc and no response. Have even plugged it into outlets all over the house that I know should work, nothing.

So just tried something I saw somewhere else that worked.

Hold the left button and the bottom right button at the same time for a few seconds, had to do this a few times and then it turned on, all while not having it on charge, it is now working again, no idea why this worked.
