Ionic not charging or resetting

I bought a bew fit bit ionic not even a year ago and have had nithing but charging issues  now it will not even charge or reset. Very disappointed any ideas? I have teied resetting which it will not do know and new charger. The thing is dead and I'm thinking maybe getting another product instead of fit bit

Hi @Rpiercy  Sorry you're having problems. Since you're under warranty, have you reached out to support? Fitbit does care and you should give them a chance to work with you on solving your issues.
