Ionic not charging, tried restarting, different charging sources, no luck ?

Try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If that doesn't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
