Hi there my iconic battery is completely dead and wont charge at all. Tried holding 3 buttons for 15 seconds multiple times but to not avail. There is no sign of power on the watch either. Any solution around this. I have had fit bit for little over a year now.
thanks in advance for your help.

Hello @Navalk, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Ionic board as this situation is not related to the app itself but to the watch.
At this moment, I would like to suggest you to clean the back of your Ionic, and the charging cable. Also, plug in the charging cable on a different USB port and try to charge the Ionic once again. If your Ionic is still not charging, please let us know so we can check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

You’re not the only experiencing this issue, a lot of Ionic users are and Fitbit isn’t doing a thing about it. Mine is 16 months old and is currently a brick, a lot of people are complaint about this. It’s obviosuly not a user issue but they are not owning up to it. I’m so fed up with their customer service.

Sorry to hear that, apparently mine was only 11 months old and they (retailer) swaped it for a new one. I know that doesn’t slove this issue. Check if yours is still covered under your retailers warranty they might be able to do the same. I hope you get a resolution soon.

I have the same issue , they wont admit that its their fault , instead they say if you are under warranty then we replace it , otherwise you are out of luck !!!
because of the OS 3.0 , my watch died and I couldnt get a replacement or maintenance and I was less than 2 months after warranty expired

Hi thanks, my fitbit was only 11 months old and was covered under the fitbit manufactures warranty so my retailer swapped it for a new one. Also i tried your recommended steps to fix it but had no sucess. Hope this issue will be solved in future.
