Hi. Three weeks ago I was using my Ionic in the swimming pool for lap counting. It was working perfectly. Half way through it stopped and went back to its main normal face that I have it set on, and I couldn't move it back to count my laps. It then stopped working completely for two days. I tried everything (and have since), including cleaning the senses, the charger, trying it on a different charger, pressing every combination of buttons, having it run from a USB charger directly from the wall and so on. Two days later it suddenly came to life, but then would turn off again. It would charge, but turn on and off, or the screen would freeze. I also had lines on the screen. On the one occasion it was open long enough, I could change its face via my iPhone (as recommended as one fix) but that did nothing, and then also I managed to reset it to factory settings. However, I could not get through the factory reset as it stopped taking any charge, and I needed a minimum of 25 per cent. Now at best I either get a 0 per cent in red when it charges, or the fit bit logo comes on but with no charge, and then the watch dies again. In essence it is now dead. I love my Ionic and at just over a year old this is both very upsetting and time consuming. Any assistance much appreciated. Damian
