Ionic not charging

Ionic wont charge, keeps blinking between charging and not enough power from source... but in reality it's actually draining my battery. Now battery is totally dead and wont charge. I tried different usbs different outlets.. nothing works. It looks like there may be a tiny chip in the middle charging circle on back of watch... does that mean I'm screwed and have to buy a new one?

Welcome to the Community @Lyssab123. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

It's pretty weird that you're seeing a tiny chip in the middle charging circle. I would like you to to try the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? If you get it charging but the battery is still not lasting please follow the tips in this article.
