Same here my Ionic died. Just out of warranty. Dead completely and just a black screen. None of the factory resets work.
Sad really that fitbit have hundreds of community forums and tens of thousands of posts on products that simply do not work, or fail to work after a period of time. I complained when my Ionic stopped functioning properly when it was still in warranty and I was fobbed off.
Enough is enough Fitbit really needs to be called out on this on social media and called to task. Can you imagine if a company produced tens of thousands of cars that just stopped, or tens of thousands of vacuum cleaners that just cut out.
