Ionic not charging

Hi there, yesterday I bought a new iconic and have tried to charge and it’s not charging at all initially it had 0%flash on screen and then has remained blank. I’m trying to set up on the Fitbit app but can’t charge it please help

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Since it's a new Ionic, it will need to be charged at least 1 or 2 hours before it can turn on. I would like you to confirm you've tried this procedure to charge your watch.

You I had to exchange the product because it wasn’t charging over night now I have a Fitbit Versa 2 and I need help connecting it to Bluetooth on my iPhone can you please help
