Ionic not charging

Hi I am sravan I have raised my problem to Fitbit team and my Fitbit ionic is in warranty by my problem has not been solved after my fitbit ionic factory reset I cant switch on my fitbit ionic and I it is not charging I have keept my Fitbit ionic for hole night but no respond can u sole my problem
