It has stopped showing me who’s calling I have it connected to WiFi and I have to push the button to get the time

I would like you to confirm you did this procedure to set your call notifications. If you did, please confirm that your settings are properly set. Are you using an Android or iOS device? Which phone model you have?
Regarding your inquiry about your watch showing the time only when you push the button, please confirm you've changed the screen wake settings by doing the following:
You can't set Screen Wake to Auto (Motion) if you turn on always-on display or sleep mode.
