My ionic is not charging. I bought it in December. The app cannot find it to update because it is dead. Please help.

Have a look at Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging problems at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
