Very frustrated with the ionic.
For the last 6 months I have been having trouble charging my ionic,so I would do a hard restart and after several days of being on the charger it would finally charge I have even called the help line to help , I have eventually always got it going after several days of fustrating. Except now I cannot get it to charge at all I have tried several outlets to computer and it’s been two weeks now...... I think it’s either dead or a dud think I’m switching and going to Apple.... more money but less frustration
