Battery died while I slept and it won’t charge now.  tried Syncing the app on my phone it says 28% battery. 

The app can’t find the watch. This is not the first time this happened. It happened before when there was an update it took 2 days to come back on . Please help

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Please try the troubleshooting mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
