Ionic not charging

After charge mi Fitbit ionic, batery is out after just some minutes. If I charge it again same problem happens again.

@Ginito A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this. 

I appreciate that you mentioned when you charge your Ionic after a few minutes it discharges. It seems that the watch isn't fully charging, please try the troubleshooting posted in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
