Hi. My fitbit iconic isn't charging. It's on 23% I have brought 2 new charging cables and still not charging. How do I contact customer support as I'm only seeing an option to send a message through Twitter, which I don't have. I have cleaned the heads on the ionic and on the charger. Still nothing.
