Can anyone help me , my ionic watch will not charge, it was working perfectly till a few days ago. Is there anything people can advise to do to fix the problem

Hi Lfc. Had the same problem with mine. I tried everything I was advised but nothing helped. Try cleaning your charging port there is usually debris in and around the terminal i used a tooth pick but didn't make a difference Try a hard reset back to factory settings that also never worked for me. I gave up in the end until someone from fitbit advised me to ring fitbit there will be people in there that may help. In the end my fitbit was done they offered me a discount off a new one or a replacement pebble which I was happy with. Hope you get it resolved

usa tu reloj así apagado en tu muñeca por unas 10 horas, luego intenta cargarlo nuevamente, y se inicia la carga, así lo hice y me funcionó
