My Ionic is not counting my steps. I average over 20,000 steps a day and the last few days it’s saying less than 4,000 steps a day. How do I correct that so it’s counting my steps correctly?
Moderator edit: subject for clarity

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Meeka-Lizzene.
I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Ionic is not counting your steps accurately. Thanks for the details shared, I am here to help. If you feel that your step count is inaccurate, confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:
- Your wrist settings (For more information, see Does the wrist I wear my device on affect accuracy? )
- Your height (For more information, see How do I manage my Fitbit profile?)
I also recommend restarting your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
For more information about accuracy of Fitbit devices, see How accurate are Fitbit devices?
By the way, I've moved your post to Ionic board so we can keep our forums organized.
Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
