Ionic is my third Fitbit and worst Fitbit experience. It doesn't count steps inside at work or outside during my 3 mile morning power walk. Appears stuck. I bought the then latest model with appropriate expectations. My previous Fitbits all worked well and were accurate. Surge was great until band broke and there were no band replacements.
Now, I want it replaced with a device that works. Maybe, I have a lemon.
I read Fitbit's notice about working on firmware but I continue to have problems. Please fix the problem or replace the product.
I have contacted Fitbit support and did have initial success. I have searched for updates, used them but firmware fix doesn't last and loss of accuracy continues. I want to be able to rely on this device but cannot. Please fix or replace.

This is a user help forum. Please contact support and ask for a replacement if restarting your Ionic does not fix the problem.

I'm having issues with step counting on my ionic. I work at a shoe store constantly moving but doesn't feel like it's counting all my steps. I do alot of 2-3-4 step action stop restart. Moving like that alot in the day. Can you tell me how to help myself adjust ionic to record all my steps???
