Ionic not counting steps

Hi

 

I have my ionic less than 5 days, it has now started to not count all my steps. I counted step I was doing and my ionic did not pick them up yet my calories and distance changed according to my steps. 

 

Please advise extremely disappointed

Welcome back @Almae. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

It's pretty weird that your Ionic stopped tracking your steps. I would like you to restart it and continue monitoring if you get your steps again. You can learn more about it by checking this article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?. 

 

If you don't get your watch to track your steps then reply to the following questions:

- Is your Ionic's display working?

- Is your watch showing any other data than steps tracked?

- Are you seeing steps in your Dashboard?
