Ionic not detecting workout

As the title states - my Ionic is not detecting some of my workouts (HIIT-training). It does auto-detect my walks and it did register an 'aerobic workout' on the 5th of may but none since. My cousin has the same problem, except she uses a Versa 2. What can cause this and how can we fix it? Thanks for the help 🙂

Is your walk long enough in time with no long breaks.

I'm not sure if there is a rest period needed between switching routines
