From last Friday the fitbit app is not showing sleep score recorded by my Ionic. It shows the sleep duration but I only get basic sleep details. Has worked ok for past 2 years. Battery is Ok.

Hello @SunriseRun437, it's nice to see another post from you here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages, find them as follows:
Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be around.
Best AnswerI am having similar issues. It's has occurred multiple days in a row. I am pretty sure I have changed my sleeping position. The last thing to change before this happened was the new update however I am willing to troubleshoot in any way. Do have an other suggestions?
Best AnswerYes I have seen these possible causes but none apply in my view. The sleep score has been recording for years when I wear the device. But from Friday 29th January it only records basic details such as duration. I am not sleeping any differently so can only put it down to the device. Another screwed up update?
Best AnswerGreeting Ricardo!
My fitbit stopped showing sleep stages and score since the last Sunday, shortly after the update.
I tried to troubleshoot with every possible way that i am aware of: I re-paired my device and rebooted -> Nothing happened. I changed hand, and adjusted the sensitivity -> Nothing happened. I unisntalled the app -> nothing happened. I did a reset to my Ionic and i set everything back -> Nothing happened.
Before the malfunction occured it was working a solid 6month period with no problems and was providing me full sleep data every night or in any occasion my sleep exceeded a 4 hours long session.
I would appreciate a reply with a possible fix.
So if you are around can you advise on a solution to this problem?
Best AnswerI was on chat with a fitbit guy and advised me to wear it a finger above my wrist. So i did. When i woke my device was at the right place and the problem is still here. Nothing changed.
Best AnswerSo I had live chat with the helpdesk and followed their advice to factory reset and force update on the Ionic. Following this the sleep score is now showing this morning. So this appears to be a solution.
