Ionic not keeping correct time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the last 4 days my Ionic isn't keeping time properly. It loses time. For example I synced it last night around 9pm, it is now 9.13am but the Ionic shows 7.41am. I have to sync it to get the correct time, then within an hour it is running slow again. Any ideas anyone? Tia.

Hi @Pat-deReyes try going into your app's advanced settings and adjusting the time zone. I'm currently set to automatic time zone as that is working for me. If you are already set to that you could try setting the time zone manually and try resyncing to see it that works for you

Thanks for the suggestions, nothing has worked. I've been on the phone to FitBit help - they couldn't help 🙄 and my case has been escalated.
