This morning, my Ionic (42% charged) was 9 minutes slow. Synching did nothing. I plugged it in to charge and, slowly, over the course of charging, it caught up to the correct time. Has this happened to you and do you have a fix?
Hi, I'm in the same boat
I have issues with inaccurate (slow) time last week.
I fix it coupe times by syncing with desktop app (Fitbit Connect) and Bluetooth transmitter from an old Fitbit tracker model.
Today, after reading your post, I have 30% charged and 7 minutes slow. I tried charge it and in one minute of charging time became accurate

Best AnswerAfter a chat with support, I thought it was working. A day later, the app "can't find device", it ran out of battery in less than 10 hours, and continues to lose time even when plugged in.
Best AnswerI can't imagine what's going on
Yesterday, after my post, I charge it to 80%. Right now it slow for 4 hours again. I attached it to charger and after 1 minute the clock became normal. On dashboard time of sync is 1 min ago. I think that the charging process turn sync on.
Best AnswerMine is having the same issue. It currently reads 8:12 pm when it's actually 8:27 pm. Syncing it usually does the trick but it should be able to keep accurate time regardless of whether my phone is nearby.
