This morning, my Ionic (42% charged) was 9 minutes slow. Synching did nothing. I plugged it in to charge and, slowly, over the course of charging, it caught up to the correct time. Has this happened to you and do you have a fix?

Hi, I'm in the same boat
I have issues with inaccurate (slow) time last week.
I fix it coupe times by syncing with desktop app (Fitbit Connect) and Bluetooth transmitter from an old Fitbit tracker model.
Today, after reading your post, I have 30% charged and 7 minutes slow. I tried charge it and in one minute of charging time became accurate

After a chat with support, I thought it was working. A day later, the app "can't find device", it ran out of battery in less than 10 hours, and continues to lose time even when plugged in.

I can't imagine what's going on
Yesterday, after my post, I charge it to 80%. Right now it slow for 4 hours again. I attached it to charger and after 1 minute the clock became normal. On dashboard time of sync is 1 min ago. I think that the charging process turn sync on.

Mine is having the same issue. It currently reads 8:12 pm when it's actually 8:27 pm. Syncing it usually does the trick but it should be able to keep accurate time regardless of whether my phone is nearby.
