Over the past week my Ionic has been losing connection with the app constantly. I go through restarting my Ionic, which sometimes works and other times I have had to completely remove my Ionic from the app and re-pair it with with the app. This is happening multiple times a day. I am running iOS 14.0.01 and FitBit 3.30 (990). What could be causing this failure?

I am having the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. Turned off the watch, turned back on. Turned off Bluetooth, everything suggested by fitbit help...and nothing works. It's very frustrating 😑

It is surprising to me that no one from Fit Bit has reached out yet. I too have tried all of the suggested fixes with no long term success. It is definitely frustrating and disappointing.
