Ionic stop pairing, then suddendly have lost everything....the only thing on the Ionic is the Fitbit emblem that says I must download the app....the app is downloaded and says its paired.

To fix this situation and because your Ionic is still shown as paired with your account, please try unpairing it from your account and then follow the setup process following the steps that are specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
