Hi I've just had the Samsung note s20 and now I don't get notifications on my fitbit inoic it worked from my note 8 can anyone help please 🙏

@NigelnNatalie A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this. 

I appreciate that you mentioned the phone model that you have. I would like you to confirm that you have a compatible operating system with the app which is 7.0 or higher for Android. 

If you do, then please confirm you followed this procedure to set your notifications on your Samsung Note S20.
