My ionic used to notify me when receiving texts and calls. Stopped notifying me randomly. I’ve tried turning off the Fitbit while deleting and redownloading the Fitbit app then turning the Fitbit back on. I checked to make sure the do not disturb and the sleep mode is off on my Fitbit. The vibration still works for my hourly goals, when I hit my daily goal and my alarms.

Sooo I feel like an idiot but I think I got it fixed... lol I was taking this screen shot when I saw the suggestion to go to my Bluetooth settings.
“Sharing notifications” wasn’t enabled. I now have it selected and my watch vibrated when I received a text. I’m sure phone calls will work as well. Thank you so much For your help! I wouldn’t have looked there if it wasn’t for you!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? You're welcome @Ash0325, your reply is also appreciated.
Thanks for the details that were shared. Which iPhone are you using and is it running the latest OS version? Are you not receiving phone calls and text notifications or just one of them? To further investigate, please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages app so I can verify that such settings for the Fitbit app are correctly configured.
I'll be waiting for your reply. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Un installing Re installing
Rebooting etc. Did whatever i could. Went through all the troubleshsooting. Still no notifications. A lady at the call centre in Jamaica assisted me and even logged into my profile. Thinking that all our efforts will help. The notifications stopped on sunday. Never returned. Whatever you do or change it does not help as the message on the all keeps coming back. Notification service stop phone needs to restart. This was done several times. The tracker and phone sync. Fitbit took away the sync options on the app and now battery life is also shorter.
