My Fitbit isn’t showing me text notifications. It stopped probably about a week or so ago. I checked my Fitbit and it says notifications are on but I get nothing

A warm welcome to the Community @Dwermers. Thanks for checking that your notifications are on. I would like you to try the procedure that's mentioned in this article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

 

If you're still experiencing this issue, please let me know the mobile device you're using.
